Finn OBrien VIPsAllowed — Solid PX, not life-changing
7/10

I've tried a few Pedro Ximenez sherries now and this is a reliable one. Rich and thick as you'd expect, good chocolate and prune notes. The finish is clean which I appreciate — some PX wines just leave you with a cloying sweetness. Fair price for what you get, maybe a touch high but the quality is there.

Zoe Chen VIPsAllowed — Incredible with cheese
8/10

Bought this on a whim to go with a cheese board at Christmas and it was the star of the evening. So thick and rich — like liquid Christmas pudding with that fig and dark chocolate thing going on. At £28 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

Jake Morrison VIPsAllowed — Great after-dinner sipper
7/10

Had this at a friend's place after dinner and immediately ordered a bottle. The orange peel note is really nice and stops it being just pure sugar. Goes amazingly with dark chocolate if you're into that. 14% ABV means you don't feel hammered after a couple of glasses either.
