Priya Sharma VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my 40th and it was a real highlight of the evening. Super clean and crisp with none of that sweetness you get from cheaper fizz. The bubbles are fine and it just keeps going — every sip had something new going on. At fifty quid it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

Samir Patel VIPsAllowed - Stole the show at our dinner party
9/10

Picked this up for a dinner party and everyone was asking about it. Really expressive aromas straight out of the bottle and it paired brilliantly with the fish starter. My mate who knows way more about wine than me said the acidity was spot on, and I'll take his word for it because I just thought it tasted amazing.

Idris Ibrahim VIPsAllowed - Classy stuff
8/10

Had this at a restaurant and liked it enough to track down a bottle. It's dry but not aggressively so — everything feels like it's in the right place. The finish is long and clean, sort of fades out gently. Premier Cru and you can tell the fruit quality is a step up from basic Champagne.

Amira Benali VIPsAllowed - Good but not sure it's worth £50
7/10

The wine shop guy talked me into this and it's nice, don't get me wrong — lovely clean nose and genuinely complex. But for nearly fifty quid I think I expected to be a bit more blown away? I've had Champagnes at £30-35 that got me just as excited.

Isla McCallister VIPsAllowed - Proper zero-dosage Champagne
8/10

Been getting into brut nature lately and this is one of the better ones I've tried. Some no-dosage stuff can be really harsh and acidic but this has proper balance to it. The finish hangs around for ages in a good way. Would definitely buy again.

Kai Oliveira VIPsAllowed - Decent but needs food
7/10

Tried this on its own first and thought it was a bit austere and lean. Then had it with some cheese and charcuterie and it completely came alive — the acidity cut through everything perfectly. So fair warning, this isn't really a stand-around-sipping Champagne. With the right food though it's genuinely lovely at 12.5%.
