By accessing or using the OakyWine.Club platform ("Service"), operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd (company number 14643275, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). OakyWine.Club is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Editorial content, reviews, and articles are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
OakyWine.Club may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or review ratings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The content on OakyWine.Club, including reviews and ratings, represents the opinions of the authors and should not be considered professional advice. Always drink responsibly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyga.Cloud Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on-site notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
