Daniel Oyama VIPsAllowed - Amazing but hard to justify the price
8/10

A friend brought this to a dinner party and we all loved it. Really rich and complex, like fig syrup mixed with dark coffee. Bit pricey for me to buy regularly at £130 though. I'd save it for a special occasion.

Victor Osei VIPsAllowed - Christmas present that blew my mind
9/10

My wife got me this for Christmas and honestly I wasn't sure about spending that much on a dessert wine. But wow. It's like liquid Christmas pudding — all figs and dates and treacle. The sweetness is intense but it doesn't feel heavy, which surprised me. Worth every penny.

Felix Moreau VIPsAllowed - Best sherry I've ever had
10/10

Tried this at a tasting event and immediately tracked down a bottle. The coffee and burnt caramel thing going on is incredible, and it just keeps going — the finish lasts forever. It's £130 which is a lot but for a VORS sherry this old it's actually not bad. Pour it in tiny glasses and it'll last you ages.

Jackson Wu VIPsAllowed - Absolutely unreal with cheese
9/10

The guy at my local wine shop talked me into this and I'm glad he did. Had it with some strong blue cheese after dinner and it was perfect. Super sweet but not sickly — there's something sharp underneath that stops it being too much. The flavour just hangs around forever after each sip. Genuinely one of the most interesting wines I've tried.
