View All (8)The wine shop guy talked me into this and I wanted to love it more than I did. It's nice enough — lots of prune and almond flavours — but at over a hundred quid I was expecting something more special. The long finish is impressive though, I'll give it that.
11 February 2026Got this as a birthday present to myself because I've always wanted to try an older port. The dark chocolate and walnut thing is real — it's like drinking a fancy dessert. That salty finish caught me off guard in the best way, kept going back for more.
5 February 2026£113 is a lot for a bottle of port let's be honest. That said, it's genuinely unlike any other port I've had. There's this weird salty edge that makes it way less sweet than you'd expect. Would I buy it again? Probably not at this price, but glad I tried it.
