View All (8)A bartender friend told me to try this with tonic water, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Game changer. On its own it's lovely too — dry, aromatic, no sweetness. The finish goes on for ages in a really pleasant way. Already bought a second bottle.
17 March 2026Bought this for a dinner party because I wanted something a bit different for the aperitif. It's fine, perfectly drinkable, but for nearly twenty quid I was expecting it to blow my socks off. It's dry and clean which is good, but I think I'd rather just get a decent bottle of white wine for that money.
11 March 2026Taylor's know what they're doing with port and this is no exception. Nicely balanced, good acidity, and the alcohol is really well hidden for 20%. I keep a bottle in the fridge and pour a small glass while I'm cooking. Not the most exciting thing ever but it's reliable and the finish is clean. Fair price for the quality.
