This Portugal fortified from Ramos Pinto is a Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca expression that punches above its price point.

Rosa Paredes VIPsAllowed — Great after-dinner pour
8/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and immediately tracked down a bottle. It's rich and complex but not heavy — goes down way too easily for 20% ABV honestly. Touriga Nacional grapes clearly do something special here. Cracking with a bit of dark chocolate.

Helena Kosta VIPsAllowed — Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

My wife got me this for my birthday and wow. I'm not a port expert by any means but this is seriously good stuff. Sweet without being sickly, with a dry edge at the end that makes you want another glass. The hazelnut and toffee notes are amazing.

Tomas Rivera VIPsAllowed — Christmas day winner
9/10

Bought this for Christmas dinner and it was the star of the show. The toffee and raisin flavours are gorgeous, and it went perfectly with the cheese board afterwards. Not cheap at nearly £70 but honestly worth it for a special occasion.
