I keep coming back to this. There's something about the hazelnut and baked apple combo that just works, especially with richer food — had it with a roast chicken and it was perfect. The bubbles are super fine and it feels really elegant without being stuffy.

Bought this for my wife's birthday dinner and it went down an absolute treat. Lovely creamy bubbles with this gorgeous bready thing going on, almost like fresh croissants. At £67 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant menu and wanting to try it at home. Being 100% Pinot Noir gives it a bit more body than your average fizz. That lemon curd thing on the nose is spot on. We had it with some cheese and crackers and it was lovely.
