View All (6)I keep coming back to this. There's something about the hazelnut and baked apple combo that just works, especially with richer food — had it with a roast chicken and it was perfect. The bubbles are super fine and it feels really elegant without being stuffy.
3 March 2026Bought this for my wife's birthday dinner and it went down an absolute treat. Lovely creamy bubbles with this gorgeous bready thing going on, almost like fresh croissants. At £67 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.
30 January 2026Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant menu and wanting to try it at home. Being 100% Pinot Noir gives it a bit more body than your average fizz. That lemon curd thing on the nose is spot on. We had it with some cheese and crackers and it was lovely.
