I keep coming back to this. There's something about the hazelnut and baked apple combo that just works, especially with richer food — had it with a roast chicken and it was perfect. The bubbles are super fine and it feels really elegant without being stuffy.

Bought this for my wife's birthday dinner and it went down an absolute treat. Lovely creamy bubbles with this gorgeous bready thing going on, almost like fresh croissants. At £67 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant menu and wanting to try it at home. Being 100% Pinot Noir gives it a bit more body than your average fizz. That lemon curd thing on the nose is spot on. We had it with some cheese and crackers and it was lovely.

The wine shop guy recommended this over a Moët and honestly I'm not sure it was worth the extra. It's pleasant enough, creamy with some apple and nutty flavours, but at nearly £70 I expected to be wowed. Decent but I probably wouldn't rebuy.

Had this at a friend's wedding and tracked a bottle down afterwards. It's good — proper champagne with that chalky dry finish I like. The peachy notes are nice but I've had blanc de noirs with more oomph for less money. Still, no complaints.

I don't usually spend this much on champagne but wow. The finish just goes on and on — stone fruit and pastry and then this clean chalky thing at the end that makes you want another sip immediately. Opened it for New Year's and everyone was asking what it was.
