I've been getting into champagne lately and the guy at my local wine shop pointed me towards this. Really elegant stuff — you get that classic Chardonnay freshness but with a nutty, bready depth underneath. The finish goes on forever too. Would definitely buy again.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and thought I'd try it. It's a well-made champagne for sure — creamy, appley, nice dry finish. But I've had Mumm before and expected to be blown away at this price point. It's good, just not sure it's fifty quid good when their regular stuff is half that.

Bought this for my 40th and honestly it was the highlight of the evening. The bubbles are so creamy and smooth, and there's this lovely baked apple thing going on that I wasn't expecting from a champagne. At fifty quid it's not cheap but for a special occasion? Absolutely worth it.
