Opened this with a big plate of grilled prawns and it was a dream. The citrus and mineral dryness at the end cut right through the richness. Dangerous how easy it is to drink for 13.5%.

Picked this up for a dinner party and it went down well enough. Nice and fresh, good acidity, bit of a nutty thing going on. Honestly though at this price point I was expecting to be blown away and it was more like quietly impressed. Still good wine, just manage your expectations.

The guy at my local said this was the best white Burgundy he'd had all year. He wasn't wrong. Super fresh, loads of lemon and stone fruit, and a dry chalky finish that makes you want another sip immediately. Shared it with my wife over a roast chicken and it was perfect.
