Felix Moreau VIPsAllowed — Our new go-to celebration bottle
9/10

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both really impressed. Lovely bubbles, not too sweet, and it's got this nice depth to it that makes it feel more expensive than it is. We've already ordered another bottle for our anniversary. At £48 it's not cheap but it's way better than some £60+ champagnes I've tried.

Clara Johansson VIPsAllowed — Perfect for Christmas lunch
8/10

Picked up two bottles for Christmas day and it was a hit with everyone, even my dad who usually only drinks beer. It's got a really inviting smell — draws you in without being over the top. Balanced and easy to drink but you can tell there's serious winemaking behind it. 12.5% ABV so nobody got too messy before the turkey came out either!

Adaobi Eze VIPsAllowed — Solid but not blown away
7/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and thought it was decent. Nice and crisp with good acidity, went really well with the starter. I probably wouldn't pay £48 for it myself though — feels like there are good cremants out there for half the price that get you 80% of the way there.
