Oscar Delgado VIPsAllowed — Served this at our dinner party
9/10

Opened this for a small dinner party with friends who are into their wine. Everyone was impressed. It's got real structure and the acidity keeps it fresh even though there's a lot going on flavour-wise. The mousse is incredibly fine — felt almost creamy. Paired brilliantly with the seafood starter.

Bought this for our anniversary and wow, it did not disappoint. There's this lovely richness to it that's completely different from your standard champagne — you can tell the oak ageing does something special. The bubbles are super fine and it just keeps giving you more flavour the longer you sit with it.

Nils Bergman VIPsAllowed — Really good but not £178 good
7/10

Look, this is a lovely champagne. The oak gives it an interesting character and it's clearly well made. But at this price point I kept comparing it to other things I could buy, and I'm not sure it's twice as good as an £80 bottle. Maybe I'm just not refined enough to fully appreciate it.
