Aria Kim VIPsAllowed — Best champagne I've had in ages

The guy at my local wine shop recommended this and I'm so glad I listened. It's rich and almost creamy but still has that crisp fizz that keeps it fresh. You get brioche, stone fruit, a bit of lemon on the end — honestly it's just beautifully put together. Already planning to grab another for Christmas.

Had this at a friend's birthday and immediately wanted to know what it was. Really lovely pear and peach flavours with a toasty edge, and the finish goes on forever. Tracked a bottle down myself but £125 is a lot — I'd say it's genuinely good champagne but there are solid options at half the price that get you 80% of the way there.

Sophie Brennan VIPsAllowed — Proper grown-up champagne

Tried this at a restaurant and liked it enough to order a bottle for home. It's got real depth to it — not like those thin, sharp champagnes that just taste like fizzy acid. The peach and pastry notes are gorgeous and it stays with you after each sip. Drappier clearly know what they're doing with this one.
