I've been getting more into champagne this year and this is one of the best rosés I've tried. Structured and serious but still really enjoyable to drink. The red fruit on the nose is gorgeous and the finish just goes on and on. Proper stuff.

Took a chance on this instead of the usual Veuve or Moët for a dinner party and people were really impressed. The colour is beautiful pale pink and it tastes properly dry with clear red fruit flavours. One friend who knows way more about wine than me said La Borderie are really underrated which made me feel smug.

Bought this for my wife's birthday because she loves rosé champagne and wow, it did not disappoint. Really dry and crisp with lovely red fruit flavours — not sweet at all which we both prefer. At £61 it's not cheap but for a special occasion it felt worth every penny.
