View All (6)Bought this for our anniversary and it was absolutely stunning. The bubbles are so fine and delicate, and there's this amazing toasty, bready thing going on that I wasn't expecting from a champagne. At £200 it's not an everyday drink but for a big occasion it's hard to beat.
4 January 2026I'm still pretty new to caring about what champagne I drink but this was on another level. So smooth and the flavour just keeps going and going after you swallow. There's a chalky mineral thing at the end that sounds weird but it makes you want another sip immediately. Splurged on it after reading about the 2007 vintage and no regrets.
8 December 2025Opened this for New Year's with friends and everyone was fighting over the last glass. The bread and pastry notes from the ageing are incredible and the mousse is so fine it's almost silky. Yes it's £200 but split between four of us for a celebration it felt completely justified. Already planning to buy another bottle.
