Clara Johansson VIPsAllowed — Great champagne, big price tag

Got this as a birthday present and it's definitely quality stuff. Very structured and firm, not sweet or fruity like some cheaper fizz. Bit steep at £359 though — I'd probably just buy three regular bottles instead if I was spending my own money.

Sibel Nur VIPsAllowed — The gift box makes it
9/10

Ordered this for a friend's engagement party after the guy in the wine shop recommended Bollinger over Moët. So glad I listened. It's got this lovely toasty richness and a clean finish that keeps you coming back for another glass. The presentation with the gift box is top notch — looked like I'd spent way more effort than I actually did.

Devon Marsh VIPsAllowed — Good but not sure about the format
7/10

The champagne itself is lovely, classic Bollinger — rich, toasty, nicely balanced. My issue is that once you open a Jeroboam you're pretty committed to finishing it, and it did lose a bit of fizz towards the end of the evening. For a big party it'd be perfect, but for a smaller gathering I'd stick with standard bottles.
