View All (7)The wine shop guy steered me toward this when I said I wanted something a step up from Moët. He wasn't wrong — it's got a lovely bready smell and the finish goes on forever. Good balance of fruit and dry minerally stuff. Definitely one I'll keep in mind for Christmas.
3 March 2026Had this at a friend's dinner party and thought it was good, not mindblowing. Pleasant enough with some peachy notes and fine bubbles. For £49 though I think you can find champagnes that punch harder. I'd probably go Pol Roger at this price.
6 February 2026Saw this on a menu at a wine bar and liked it enough to track down a bottle. That chalky dry finish is really refreshing and stops it being too rich. At 12% it's not going to floor you either. Served it to some friends who know way more about wine than me and they were all impressed, so that's good enough for me.
