Saw this on a menu at a bar in London and figured why not. Really glad I did. There's a richness to it, like stone fruit and biscuit, but it stays dry and crisp which I loved. The finish goes on forever. Definitely more than just a fancy label.

Bought this for our anniversary and wow, it did not disappoint. The bubbles are super fine and you get this amazing baked apple and pastry thing going on. At £425 it's obviously not an everyday bottle but for a once-a-year treat it's absolutely stunning.

My partner surprised me with this for my 40th and honestly I nearly cried. It's so smooth and generous, loads of fruit and cream but never heavy. The almond thing on the finish is gorgeous. We had it with some good cheese and just sat on the sofa grinning.
