Dmitri Volkov VIPsAllowed — Nice enough, expected more wow factor
7/10

Saw this on a restaurant menu and figured I'd try it at home. It's well made for sure — pleasant red berry flavours and a clean finish. Just didn't blow my mind the way I hoped at this price point. Perfectly decent though, don't get me wrong.

Clara Johansson VIPsAllowed — This is what rosé champagne should taste like
9/10

I've been slowly working my way through different rosé champagnes this year and Philipponnat is right up there. There's a mineral quality on the finish that I really enjoy, and the acidity keeps everything fresh and lively. Seriously impressive stuff.

Herbert Muller VIPsAllowed — Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Got this for my wife's birthday and we were both blown away. The strawberry thing going on is really lovely and it's got this subtle bready quality that makes it feel proper fancy. At £58 it's not cheap but for a special occasion champagne it's absolutely worth it.
