Henrik Larsen VIPsAllowed - Perfect with cheese
9/10

Had this with a blue cheese board at a friend's house and I'm still thinking about it weeks later. The candied citrus peel thing is real, you can actually taste it. Really lingering finish too — the kind where you just sit there for a second before taking another sip. Tracked down a bottle for myself the next day.

Elena Vasquez VIPsAllowed - Dinner party show-off bottle
8/10

Brought this out after dinner instead of pudding and it went down brilliantly. The apricot jam flavour is bang on and it's got more body than I expected from a dessert wine. A little goes a long way too so the bottle actually lasts. Great conversation starter — half the table had never had Canadian ice wine before.

Petra Novak VIPsAllowed - Nice but pricey
7/10

Got this as a birthday present and it's good, don't get me wrong. Lovely tropical fruit flavours and the sweetness doesn't overpower everything. But sixty quid is a lot for a small bottle of wine and I'm not sure I'd buy it again myself when there are cheaper options out there.

Sophie Brennan VIPsAllowed - My first ice wine and wow
8/10

Never tried ice wine before — the guy at the wine shop recommended this one. It's like liquid honey with fruit in it, but somehow not too sweet? The acidity keeps it fresh which I wasn't expecting at all. Poured tiny glasses after dinner and everyone wanted to know what it was.

Mei-Lin Wu VIPsAllowed - Decent dessert wine, expected more
7/10

It's nice enough and definitely well made — good sweetness with enough sharpness to balance it out. The stone fruit and honey flavours are pleasant. Just felt like for nearly sixty pounds I wanted something that'd completely blow me away and this didn't quite get there. Would probably try a different ice wine next time to compare.

Isabella Rossi VIPsAllowed - Christmas day winner
9/10

Bought this as a treat for Christmas dessert and it was the star of the meal. The honeycomb and apricot flavours are incredible — sweet but not sickly, which is what I always worry about with dessert wines. At £59.50 it's not cheap but honestly for a special occasion it's worth every penny.
