Alex Ramos VIPsAllowed — Bit pricey for what it is
6/10

Not bad at all, nice cherry and cocoa thing going on at the end, but nearly thirty quid? I've had Ribera del Dueros at half the price that I enjoyed just as much. Would probably order it off a restaurant menu but wouldn't rush to buy another bottle.

Natasha Volkov VIPsAllowed — Solid Tempranillo, does the job

Saw this on a menu and ordered a glass first to try it. Dark fruit, cedar, a bit of tobacco — all the stuff you'd expect from a decent Crianza. Nothing wildly surprising but everything's well put together. Had it with a burger and it worked great.

This was my birthday present from my partner and we cracked it open with ribeyes. Absolutely loved it — really rich and warming with that herby, savoury taste in the middle. The 14.5% hits you a bit so pace yourself, but honestly it's proper grown-up wine. Will be buying more.
