Natasha Volkov VIPsAllowed — Nice but pricey
7/10

It's a good wine, don't get me wrong — lovely dark fruit, well made, smooth tannins. But at nearly £35 I expected to be blown away and I wasn't quite. I've had Spanish reds at half the price that got me just as excited. Decent though.

8/10

Opened this for a Friday steak night and it was a proper match. Dark berry flavours, hint of cedar on the finish. Thirty-five quid is a bit steep for a weeknight but it does feel like a treat. Would buy again for a special occasion.

Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop recommended it. The blackberry and cherry flavours are gorgeous and it's got this lovely earthy thing going on underneath. Tannins are smooth, not grippy at all. One of the best reds I've had this year honestly.
