Mia Sundberg VIPsAllowed — Solid port, nothing flashy
7/10

Decent LBV for the price. You get what you'd expect from Taylor's — dark fruit, nutty, sweet but not cloying. I liked the orangey note on the taste, wasn't expecting that. Good with a bit of stilton after a roast.

Nils Bergman VIPsAllowed — Why did I only buy the half bottle
8/10

Bought this on a whim from Waitrose for a dinner party cheese course and absolutely wish I'd got the full size. The walnut and toffee thing going on is lovely, and it's got this dry tangy finish that makes you keep going back. Dangerous stuff at 19% though, fair warning.

Jorge Castillo VIPsAllowed — Perfect after-dinner treat
8/10

Picked up the half bottle to have after Christmas dinner and it was spot on. Really rich with toffee and raisin flavours, but it doesn't feel heavy — there's this tangy finish that stops it being too sweet. Under £11 for a half bottle of Taylor's is great value honestly.
