Helena Kosta VIPsAllowed — Really surprised me
8/10

Picked this up after the guy at the wine shop recommended it when I said I wanted something different for a cheese board. I don't usually go for sherry but this completely changed my mind — it's got this nutty, dry thing going on that just works. At £30 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for something this interesting.

Tomas Rivera VIPsAllowed — Proper sherry, not the stuff your nan drinks
8/10

If you think sherry is just sweet Christmas stuff then try this. Completely different — dry and complex with layers of flavour that keep coming. Every sip I noticed something new. Romate clearly know what they're doing with amontillado. Would absolutely have this again with some cured meats and hard cheese.

Daniel Torres VIPsAllowed — Good but not sure I'd rebuy
6/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and thought it was nice enough to grab a bottle myself. It's well made and the flavours keep shifting which is cool, but at 20% it's a sipper not a drinker and £30 feels steep for something I'd only have a small glass of. Decent with some almonds though.
