Haruki Sato VIPsAllowed — My new go-to for nice champagne
8/10

Had this at a restaurant last month and liked it so much I tracked down a bottle. Extra brut is my thing — hate sweet fizz — and this one nails it. Bone dry but still fruity with that brioche smell. The finish is clean and kind of makes you want another glass immediately which is dangerous at 12.5%.

Liam Anderson VIPsAllowed — Solid champagne, nice gift box
8/10

Picked this up because it came in a gift box and I needed something for a dinner party. Really crisp and dry with a sort of chalky mineral thing that keeps you going back for more. The almond and citrus flavours are spot on. Would buy again but probably only for occasions given the price.

Jason Steel VIPsAllowed — Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both really impressed. You get that lovely bready, toasty thing going on with fresh citrus — properly elegant stuff. At £52 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion. We finished the bottle way too quickly.
