My wife got me this for my 40th and wow, it's properly good. Really expressive on the nose — you can smell it as soon as you pour. The acidity keeps it fresh and interesting rather than just sweet and fruity like a lot of rosé champagnes. At £74 it's not an everyday thing but for a celebration it's absolutely worth it.

Had this at a friend's dinner party and really enjoyed it, so tracked down a bottle myself. It's elegant and well-balanced, and the finish sticks around in a good way. But honestly at this price point I expected to be completely blown away and it was more like... really solid? I'd give it another go if someone else was buying.

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted a rosé champagne that wasn't just pretty and pink. He was right — there's genuine complexity here, layers of fruit that keep changing as you drink. Served it ice cold with some nibbles before dinner and everyone asked about it.
