View All (7)We go to Northumberland every year and always bring a few bottles of this back. The rhubarb taste is lovely — earthy and sharp like proper garden rhubarb, not that artificial stuff. My wife and I can easily get through a bottle on a Friday night. One of those wines that just makes you happy.
22 March 2026I'm not usually into fruit wines at all but someone recommended this and I'm glad I tried it. It's well balanced, not too sweet, and has a nice clean finish that makes you want another glass. Under a tenner as well which is a bonus.
16 March 2026My aunt brought this round for Sunday lunch. It's okay — tastes like stewed rhubarb which I suppose is the point, but I kept wishing it was just a normal red. Fair play though, it's not as sugary as I expected and you can't really taste the 14% which is dangerous.
