Aria Kim VIPsAllowed — Lovely but maybe not £200 lovely
8/10

Had a glass at a restaurant and liked it enough to track down a bottle. It's beautifully put together — light but concentrated at the same time somehow, and the bubbles are incredibly fine. I'd give it a 9 if it were £150 but at £204 I expected to be completely blown away and it was more of a quiet sophistication thing. Still really enjoyed it though.

Felix Moreau VIPsAllowed — The wine shop guy steered me right
9/10

Asked for something a step above my usual Moët for a New Year's gathering and the guy in the shop recommended this Grand Siècle. Glad I listened. It's expressive right from the first pour and has this layered quality where you keep noticing new things. Everyone at the party was impressed.

Rafael Santos VIPsAllowed — Worth every penny for a special night

Bought this for our anniversary dinner and wow. The bubbles are so fine and delicate, nothing like the cheap stuff we usually drink. There's this lovely depth to it that kept us going back for more — we finished the bottle way too fast for something that costs £204.
