We had this with roast chicken and it was absolutely brilliant. The acidity cuts right through anything rich and the flavours just keep coming. My partner who usually sticks to Sauvignon Blanc loved it too. Already ordered another couple of bottles.

Had this at a friend's dinner party and asked what it was. Really clean and crisp, proper dry, with a nice long finish that sticks around. It's well made for sure but I'm not 100% convinced it's worth the thirty quid when there are great Silvaners for half the price.

Saw this on a restaurant wine list and thought I'd try something outside my comfort zone. Really expressive nose, you can smell it as soon as it's poured. Took a few sips to really get into it but by the end of the glass I was properly enjoying it. The finish lingers in a really pleasant way.
