Brought this to a dinner party and everyone kept asking about it. There's something about the clarity of the flavours — you can really smell everything clearly before you even take a sip. At 12% it's got enough body to hold its own with richer food too. Would absolutely buy again for a special night.

Tried this at a restaurant last month and tracked down a bottle online. It's got layers to it — not just fruity, there's a real structure there that keeps it interesting glass after glass. The acidity keeps everything balanced and stops it feeling heavy at all. Worth the splurge.

Maxwell Green — Good but not £75 good

Look, it's a nice wine. Really clean, great acidity, works brilliantly with fish. But I've had Rieslings at half the price that got me just as excited. The finish kind of fades a bit quicker than I expected for something at this level.
