View All (5)Picked this up after reading about it online. First glass I wasn't sure — felt quite tight and tannic. Left it open for an hour and it completely changed, loads of dark berry fruit came through with an earthy, almost mineral quality on the end. If you buy it, give it some air or even better stick it in a decanter.
24 March 2026The guy at my local wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted a good Pinot Noir. It's well made — blackcurrant and plum with a slightly smoky edge. Finish goes on for a while which I liked. Just hard to justify £70 regularly when there are decent Pinots for half that.
21 March 2026Had this at a friend's house and it was nice enough — dark fruity, savoury finish, well put together. But honestly for nearly £70 I'd want something that really blows me away and this didn't quite get there. I've had cheaper Burgundies that excited me more.
