View All (6)Genuinely surprised by this one. There's a complexity to it that you don't normally get at this price point — earthy and dark-fruited with a really clean finish. I've had £20 bottles that weren't as well put together. Already ordered another case.
15 March 2026The guy at the wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted a Malbec that wasn't from Argentina. It's good — firm and dry with some depth to it. Had it with burgers on Saturday and it worked well. Not sure I'd pay more than £11 for it though.
31 January 2026I've been trying more southwest French wines lately and this is a decent example. You get that classic earthy Malbec character but it's cleaner and more structured than a lot of Cahors at this price. Not as rich as Argentine Malbec if that's what you're used to, but genuinely interesting.
