View All (4)The guy at my local wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something special for our anniversary dinner. It's 100% Pinot Noir which apparently gives it more weight and you can definitely tell — it's not one of those thin fizzy ones. Got a lovely lemon curd and chalky thing happening. We demolished the bottle with some roast chicken and it was perfect.
27 February 2026Tried this at a restaurant and liked it enough to track down a bottle. Lovely peachy nose and a crisp apple flavour that's really refreshing. My issue is the price — £134 is a lot and I've had champagnes at half that which I've enjoyed nearly as much. That said the finish goes on forever so maybe you are paying for quality.
2 February 2026I don't know loads about champagne but I know what I like and this is genuinely one of the best things I've ever drunk. Smells like fresh peaches and bakery bread, tastes like fancy lemon tart with green apples. The sustainable sourcing is a nice bonus too. Bought a second bottle to save for Christmas.
