Priya Sharma VIPsAllowed — Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my 40th and it was a real highlight of the evening. Super clean and crisp with none of that sweetness you get from cheaper fizz. The bubbles are fine and it just keeps going — every sip had something new going on. At fifty quid it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

Samir Patel VIPsAllowed — Stole the show at our dinner party
9/10

Picked this up for a dinner party and everyone was asking about it. Really expressive aromas straight out of the bottle and it paired brilliantly with the fish starter. My mate who knows way more about wine than me said the acidity was spot on, and I'll take his word for it because I just thought it tasted amazing.

Idris Ibrahim VIPsAllowed — Classy stuff
8/10

Had this at a restaurant and liked it enough to track down a bottle. It's dry but not aggressively so — everything feels like it's in the right place. The finish is long and clean, sort of fades out gently. Premier Cru and you can tell the fruit quality is a step up from basic Champagne.
