View All (5)We had this at our wedding reception and I'm so glad we splashed out. Really crisp and fresh with white flower notes that even my non-wine-drinking mates noticed. The Jeroboam format meant it aged slightly differently according to the wine shop guy, and honestly it tasted better than the regular bottles I've had before. Perfect for a special occasion.
1 April 2026I'm not usually a champagne person but my partner got this as a birthday present and wow. Really smooth bubbles, not harsh at all, and there's a warmth to it that I wasn't expecting — almost like a toast or pastry kind of flavour? Goes down dangerously easy at 12.5%. We had it with a cheese board and it was brilliant.
7 March 2026Look, Moet Brut Imperial is a solid champagne and I always enjoy it. Nice citrus freshness, clean finish, does exactly what you want champagne to do. But £405 for the Jeroboam is a bit steep when you can get four regular bottles for less. Bought it for New Year's because it looks impressive on the table, and it did, but I'd probably just get standard bottles next time.
