Got given this as a Christmas present and it's leagues ahead of the usual prosecco we drink. Really fine bubbles, lovely fresh citrus blossom smell, and a finish that genuinely lingers for ages. I'm not usually a champagne person but this might have converted me.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and figured why not. It's drier and more serious than I expected from a rosé — lots of citrus peel and a toasty bread character. Not really a crowd-pleaser if your mates want something sweet and easy, but I quite liked it.

Had this at a friend's wedding and tracked it down afterwards. It's got a lovely citrusy freshness but also a deeper savoury side — almost like toasted almonds? Really elegant stuff. At £63 it's not an everyday buy but it's genuinely good.
