Saw this on a menu at a restaurant in Northumberland and had to track down a bottle. There's a surprising depth to it for something at this price point. The elderflower works really well and doesn't feel like a gimmick. Great with a cheese board.

Thomas Weber — Decent but expected more

Got this as a birthday present. It's smooth and easy to drink, nice clean finish, but at 14% it creeps up on you. For £12.25 it's alright — I just thought the elderflower would come through more. Would probably try their other stuff though.

Rosa Paredes — Not really my thing

Bought this as something a bit different for a dinner party. It's fine, decent enough, but I found it a bit unusual — mead with elderflower is a combo I wasn't sure about going in and I'm still not sure about it now. My partner liked it more than I did though.
