Grace Kim VIPsAllowed — What a find
9/10

Picked this up after the guy at the wine shop talked me into trying something different. Palo Cortado is apparently a bit unusual and honestly I can see why people get obsessed. Really complex, keeps changing in the glass, and the finish just goes on and on. Not cheap for a half bottle but I'd buy it again.

Penelope Hart VIPsAllowed — Surprised me honestly
8/10

Not gonna lie, I don't know much about Palo Cortado but a friend brought this to a dinner party and it was the star of the evening. Lovely acidity, really well put together, and it kept pulling me back for another sip. The kind of wine that makes you want to learn more about what you're drinking.

Lena Petrova VIPsAllowed — Interesting but pricey
7/10

£53 for a half bottle is steep, let's be honest. That said, it's a genuinely interesting wine — really well balanced with a nice clean finish. I had it with some hard cheese and almonds and it worked brilliantly. Would I buy it regularly? Probably not at that price, but it's a treat.
