Oscar Delgado VIPsAllowed — Proper champagne this
8/10

Saw Sadi Malot mentioned on a forum and tracked a bottle down. Really expressive on the nose straight away and the acidity is spot on — keeps everything tight and fresh at 12.5%. Had it with some seared scallops and it was a great match. One of those bottles where you keep going back for another sip without thinking about it.

Olivia Park VIPsAllowed — Nice but bit steep
7/10

Had this at a friend's house and really enjoyed drinking it — clean, fresh, nice long finish. But when I looked up the price afterwards... £70 is a lot when you can get a perfectly good champagne for £40. It IS better than the cheaper stuff, just not sure it's £30 better if I'm honest.

Valentina Ricci VIPsAllowed — Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my wife's 40th and we were both blown away. Really crisp and clean with proper depth to it — not just fizz and nothing else like some champagnes. The bubbles are fine and it lingers nicely after each sip. At £70 it's not cheap but for a special occasion it felt worth every penny.
