View All (4)A mate brought this to a dinner party and it was genuinely lovely — big on dark fruit with this peppery edge that I liked a lot. Pinot Noir doesn't always have that kind of weight to it so that was a pleasant surprise. But if I'm honest, £199 is steep and I've had bottles at half the price that got close.
21 April 2026Bought this for my wife's 40th and we were both blown away. The dark fruit flavours are incredible — like blackcurrant and cherry just rolling on and on. Tannins are smooth, not that drying thing you sometimes get with reds. At £199 it's not an everyday bottle but for a celebration it was perfect.
22 February 2026I'm still fairly new to spending this much on wine but I wanted a proper Burgundy for once. The raspberry and cherry on the nose pulled me in straight away and then the palate is all dark fruit and herbs, really layered. Silky tannins too, nothing harsh at all. Worth saving up for.
