Rafael Santos VIPsAllowed - Perfect cheese board wine
8/10

Served this with a big cheese board and some salted almonds and it was perfect. The honey and barrel character works so well with strong cheese. My partner who usually hates port actually finished two glasses. That says it all really.

Sibel Nur VIPsAllowed - Solid but didn't blow me away
7/10

Picked this up on a trip to Portugal and had high hopes. It's well made for sure, nice balance and not too sweet. Clean finish. I just expected a bit more wow factor from something with 16 years of age on it.

Thomas Weber VIPsAllowed - Nice but bit pricey for what it is
7/10

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something different. It's good, don't get me wrong — lovely honeyed flavour and really smooth finish. But £44.50 is a lot and I'm not sure I'd pick it over a decent tawny port for half the price.

Olivia Wong VIPsAllowed - Great after-dinner sipper
8/10

Bought this for a dinner party and we cracked it open with dessert. Everyone loved it. It's sweet but not in a sticky way — there's this brightness that stops it being too much. Would definitely buy again for special occasions.

Kai Oliveira VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Got this as a birthday present for myself because I've been wanting to try a proper aged port. The honey thing is real — it's like someone stirred a spoonful into something incredibly smooth. £44 felt steep but honestly for a 2008 wine that tastes this good, I'm not mad about it.

James Okafor VIPsAllowed - White port convert
8/10

Never really got white port before this. Tried it at a restaurant and immediately went looking for a bottle. It's got proper depth to it, almost nutty and honeyed from all that barrel time. Goes down dangerously easy for 20%.

Lena Petrova VIPsAllowed - Absolutely stunning stuff
9/10

Been getting into port wines lately and this is easily the best white port I've had. Really layered and interesting — you keep finding new things in the glass. The finish just goes on and on. Treating myself to another bottle before Christmas.
