Picked this up on a whim from an online wine sale. Really clean finish and it doesn't taste as boozy as you'd expect from 20%. Goes surprisingly well with salty snacks. Good value at this price point.

I'm not usually a sherry drinker but the guy at my local wine shop talked me into trying this. Really glad he did — it's dry and clean with a proper kick at 20%. Sipped it slowly with some almonds and olives on a Friday night and it was perfect.

Served this chilled as an aperitif at a dinner party and everyone asked about it. There's a real complexity to it that rewards slow sipping — one friend said it was the most interesting thing she'd drunk all year. Already ordered another bottle.

Annika Svensson - Solid fino

Had this at a tapas restaurant and liked it enough to track down a bottle. It's honest sherry, no nonsense. Nose tells you exactly what you're getting and the palate delivers. Good acidity too, keeps it fresh despite the higher ABV.

Victor Osei - Underrated style of wine

People sleep on fino sherry and it drives me mad. This Gutierrez Colosia is a perfect example of why — complex, bone dry, loads of character. The finish just keeps going. Under £18 as well, which is a steal for something this good.

Tried this because I'm attempting to get into sherry. It's well made I think but just too dry and intense for my taste. The alcohol hit surprised me a bit at 20%. Might work better if you're already a sherry fan.

Bought this for a Spanish food night we were doing at home. It's bone dry and has a lot going on flavour-wise, way more interesting than I expected from a sherry. At £18 it's not bad either. Will definitely buy again.

My partner loves sherry so I grabbed this as a birthday present. I tried some and it's nice enough but 20% ABV is a lot — I could really feel the alcohol. She loved it though so what do I know.
