8/10

I usually just grab prosecco but my partner got this for my birthday and wow, it's a different league. You get this toasty bready thing mid-sip that prosecco just doesn't have. The pear flavour is gorgeous too. Definitely going to explore more Alsace fizz now.

The guy at my local wine shop recommended this as a champagne alternative. It's decent — dry and refreshing with a nice appley finish — but nearly £29 for a cremant feels like a stretch. I've had cremants at £15 that aren't far off this.

Bought this for New Year's instead of splashing out on champagne and honestly it held its own. Really crisp with lovely pear and lime flavours, and the bubbles are super fine and elegant. At under thirty quid I'd happily buy it again for any celebration.

Picked this up after reading about zero dosage sparkling wines and wanted to try one. Really clean and bone dry with a salty mineral thing going on at the end that I wasn't expecting but really liked. Had it with some grilled prawns and it was spot on.
