Valentina Ricci VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Got this as a 40th birthday present to myself and honestly no regrets. It's dark and rich but somehow not heavy — the alcohol doesn't hit you at all despite being 20%. Lasted me a few evenings with some stilton and I savoured every glass.

Opened this after a big roast and it was the highlight of the evening. So smooth for 20% ABV, you genuinely can't tell. Everyone kept asking what it was. The kind of port that makes you sit back and just enjoy the moment.

Diana Cruz VIPsAllowed - Really good but pricey
8/10

Tried this at a friend's dinner party and went out and bought a bottle the next week. It's proper serious port — dark fruit, well balanced, everything working together. Bit hard to justify the price tag when there are decent ports for half that, but it is a step up if you're celebrating something.

Penelope Hart VIPsAllowed - Nice but I expected more at this price
7/10

Don't get me wrong this is a good port. Dark and concentrated, clean finish, no complaints on the taste. But for over a hundred quid I was hoping to be blown away and I was more like... yeah that's nice. Maybe I need to let it breathe longer next time. Would probably buy again on sale.

Yasmine Najjar VIPsAllowed - Best port I've had in years
10/10

My local wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something special for Christmas. Absolutely loved it. The finish just goes on and on, really smooth with no burn. At £108 it's not cheap but for a 2011 vintage port it's actually fair.
