Mei-Lin Wu VIPsAllowed — English sparkling is getting so good
9/10

I keep banging on about English sparkling to anyone who'll listen and Chapel Down is a big reason why. This rosé is genuinely complex — you can taste that real care has gone into blending it. The mousse is incredibly fine and persistent. Bought a case for Christmas presents last year and everyone loved it.

Hannah Brooks VIPsAllowed — Surprised how much I liked this

Not usually a sparkling rosé person but picked this up on a whim from Chapel Down. Actually really enjoyed it — there's more going on flavour-wise than I expected. The finish is clean and it just makes you want to keep sipping. Would definitely buy again for a sunny afternoon in the garden.

Marcus Blackwell VIPsAllowed — Nice but not amazing
6/10

Saw this on a restaurant menu and thought I'd try it. It's pleasant enough, pretty bubbles and goes down easy. But for over thirty quid I was hoping for something a bit more memorable. Would probably just go for their regular brut next time which I think is cheaper.
