Bought this for my dad's 60th and we cracked it open after dinner. The Christmas cake and toffee flavours are unreal — like drinking a really posh dessert. Honestly one of the best ports I've ever had, and the finish goes on forever.

I'm not usually a port person but this converted me. That bitter orange marmalade thing going on in the middle is so good, and the cinnamon on the finish just keeps going. Shared it with friends after a roast and everyone was fighting over the last glass.

My partner got this as a birthday present for me. I don't know loads about port but this tasted really smooth and sweet without being sickly. Could taste the raisins and something like marmalade? Quite liked the dry bit at the end too.

The guy at my local wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something special for our anniversary. At £113 it's not an everyday buy but the raisin and fig flavours are gorgeous and it's got this lovely silky texture. Would definitely get it again for a special occasion.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and couldn't resist trying a port from the year I was born. The molasses and coffee hit you first then it opens up into all these spice and fig flavours. Long finish too. Pricey but worth it for the experience of drinking something nearly 40 years old.

Had this at a tasting event and it was nice enough — really rich coffee and dark toffee notes. But for over a hundred quid I was hoping to be completely blown away and I wasn't quite there. Still a solid port though.

Picked this up on holiday in Porto and finally opened it for a dinner party last weekend. Really deep and warming — loads of dried fruit and espresso. Goes amazingly with a cheese board. The 20% ABV sneaks up on you though!
