Natalie Ford VIPsAllowed - Incredible but hard to justify the price
8/10

Tried this at a port tasting event and it blew me away honestly. So clean and long on the finish, and the 20% alcohol is completely hidden — no burn at all. But £210 is a LOT for a bottle, even one from 1966. Bought a half bottle and don't regret it.

Tyler Bennet VIPsAllowed - Best port I've ever had full stop
10/10

The guy at the wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something special for our anniversary dinner. The nose alone had me sat there just sniffing the glass like an idiot. Every sip is different — caramel, then dried fruit, then something almost nutty. The finish goes on forever. Yes it's expensive but this is a once in a lifetime bottle.

Henrik Larsen VIPsAllowed - Really impressive old port
8/10

Saw this on a restaurant menu and split it with a mate. For something that's been ageing since the 60s the aromatics are still really vivid and clear, not muddy at all like some old ports I've had. Lovely warmth without any harshness from the alcohol. Wouldn't pay £210 regularly but as a treat it's genuinely special.

Tariq Hassan VIPsAllowed - Stunning birthday treat

My wife got me this for my 50th and wow. Nearly sixty years old and the fruit is still right there — layers of dried plum and toffee that just keep shifting around. The acidity keeps it so fresh, you'd never guess how old it is. Worth every penny of that £210.
