James Okafor VIPsAllowed - Good but not sure it's worth £29
6/10

It's a nice wine, don't get me wrong. Crisp, lemony, does what a good Sauv Blanc should do. But nearly thirty quid? I've had NZ Sauvignon Blancs at half the price that I enjoyed just as much. The peach notes on the nose were lovely though.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and took a chance on it. So glad I did. It's got this gorgeous lemon curd smell and then the taste has real weight to it — not watery at all. Tracked down a bottle to buy at home and it's just as good. The finish goes on forever.

I normally stick to Pinot Grigio but my partner got this for my birthday and I really liked it. The salty/mineral thing at the end is different from what I'm used to. Goes great with fish and chips honestly. Might be converting to Sauvignon Blanc.

Kwame Mensah VIPsAllowed - Terlan absolutely nailed this
9/10

I've been working my way through Terlan's range and the Winkl is probably my favourite so far. The lees ageing gives it a richness you don't normally get with Sauvignon Blanc. Green apple and lemon up front, that saline kick on the finish — it's seriously well made. Worth every penny at this price point.

Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop recommended it. The lemon and green apple thing is spot on — it's fresh but not thin, if that makes sense. Had it with some grilled prawns and it was perfect. Would definitely buy again.

7/10

Had a glass at a friend's house and liked it enough to grab a bottle myself. It's fresh and crisp without being too acidic, which I appreciate because sharp whites give me heartburn. The creamy quality is a nice touch. Not an everyday wine at that price but good for when you want something a bit special.

Freya Lindqvist VIPsAllowed - Solid white for a nice dinner
7/10

Bought this for a dinner party and got a few compliments on it. It's got this creamy texture that surprised me for a Sauvignon Blanc — I usually find them a bit sharp. The salty finish is interesting, keeps you drinking. £28 feels about right for what you get.
