Ethan Cooper VIPsAllowed - Not really my thing
5/10

Got this as part of a mixed case from an online shop. It's fine but I kept wishing it was a bit less sweet. You can taste the nuttiness which is interesting I suppose. Probably works better with tonic or in a cocktail than on its own.

Bought this for a dinner party to do port and tonics as a welcome drink and it went down well. Nice honey flavour and doesn't taste as boozy as 20% which is dangerous honestly. Not something I'd drink every day but good to have in the drinks cabinet.

Picked this up after seeing white port on a cocktail menu and wanting to try it neat. The honey and citrus thing is legit — really refreshing served cold. At £14.75 it's not bad at all for something a bit different. Way more drinkable than I expected for 20%.

7/10

The guy at the wine shop recommended this to go with a cheese board and he was spot on. The citrus peel notes cut through rich cheese really well. Clean finish too, doesn't leave that cloying feeling some sweet wines do. Will definitely buy again at this price.
